City of London Investment in Vision SoHo

News

We’re thrilled to announce that London’s city council has approved the $11.2 million investment in Vision SoHo – the largest affordable housing development in London’s history. Vision SoHo is a one-of-a-kind partnership between six local non-profit housing developers which will build 650 units, 400 of which will be affordable on the former Victoria Hospital lands site. As we continue working with our partners in the Vision SoHo Alliance to bring the redevelopment of the Old Victoria Hospital Lands to life, we wanted to share with our community a more in depth look at our vision for the SoHo neighbourhood.

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes to make our vision a reality. This development is a project for the community, by the community – local Londoners, volunteers, and charities all working together to create a vibrant, inclusive space. 

Arnsby Property Management Donates $5,000 to Homes Unlimited Memorial Bursary Fund

News

The Board of Directors of Homes Unlimited (London) Inc. and Odell-Jalna Residences of London thank Arnsby Property Management for the generous donation of $5,000 to the Homes Unlimited Memorial Bursary Fund.

The Bursary is held and administered by the London Community Foundation and was established to honour Connie Cunningham who, for many years, was a Board member and President of Homes Unlimited and Odell-Jalna.

Welcoming Retrofit Planned for 693 Talbot Street

Homes Unlimited is thrilled to announce the planned retrofit of 693 Talbot Street.  The 57-unit building was the first property acquired in the Home Unlimited portfolio.  Built in 1960, it joined the Homes Unlimited family in 1972.  The building has received regular updates (roofing, windows, etc.) over the years, but the planned retrofit will provide an entirely new face and feel for its tenants.  The retrofit design by Nicholson Sheffield Architects Inc.

Together, we have committed to purchasing the vacant Old Victoria Hospital Lands to develop a vibrant mixed-use housing complex that will help increase the supply of affordable housing in #ldnont.
