Homes Unlimited's Board Treasurer, Jim Foote, stands adjacent to construction of our newest property on Whetter Avenue. The $11-million build received $2 million in federal grants, $2 million in provincial grants and $600,000 in city grants.

A Grateful Look Back - Ormah Gibson
Homes Unlimited
Ormah Gibson, MSW, a founder and long time President of Homes Unlimited, was a tireless worker, advocate and volunteer for a variety of social causes in London and area. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a master’s degree in social work, she was a past President of the Ontario Association of Professional Social Workers and was instrumental in the creation of the School of Social Work at Kings College.
54 New Units under Construction for 2019 Occupancy
Construction
Construction is underway in the Homes Unlimited newest development at 770 Whetter Avenue, near Wellington Road and Base Line Road E, just north of Victoria Hospital.
The new development comprises 54 units with some accessible units. Designed by Nicholson Sheffield Architects Inc. and construction by Southside Group.
