Re: Homes Unlimited Memorial Bursary
Dear Homes Unlimited and London Community Foundation
The Board of Directors of Homes Unlimited (London) Inc. and Odell-Jalna Residences of London thank Arnsby Property Management for the generous donation of $5,000 to the Homes Unlimited Memorial Bursary Fund.
The Bursary is held and administered by the London Community Foundation and was established to honour Connie Cunningham who, for many years, was a Board member and President of Homes Unlimited and Odell-Jalna.
At the link below, listen to What London Can Be! by London Community Foundation. Host Diane Silva speaks with Greg Playford (Homes Unlimited board member, member of LCF's Board of Directors and Housing Action Committee) and Sylvia Harris (Project Developer at Indwell) about Vision SoHo Alliance and the new mixed-use, affordable housing development proposed for the Old Victoria Hospital Lands in South London.
Homes Unlimited is thrilled to announce the planned retrofit of 693 Talbot Street. The 57-unit building was the first property acquired in the Home Unlimited portfolio. Built in 1960, it joined the Homes Unlimited family in 1972. The building has received regular updates (roofing, windows, etc.) over the years, but the planned retrofit will provide an entirely new face and feel for its tenants. Homes Unlimited is excited to announce the start of construction of our newest project located at 99 Pond Mills Road. The new 110-unit 12-storey building will comprise a combination of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and accessible rental units. Renderings of the design by Nicholson Sheffield Architects Inc.
