Homes Unlimited is proud to announce that we have partnered with London Community Foundation and five other nonprofit housing developers to form the Vision SoHo Alliance! Together, we have committed to purchasing the vacant Old Victoria Hospital Lands to develop a vibrant mixed-use housing complex that will help increase the supply of affordable housing in #ldnont.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Homes Unlimited and Odell-Jalna, we hope that you are safe and well during this second wave of COVID19.  Along with Arnsby Property Management and the local public health agencies, we continue to monitor and act on developments in regard to COVID19.  To this end and due to the dedication of the Board, we continue to meet virtually monthly to take care of business and to plan for the future.

AGM 2019

Homes Unlimited

The annual general meeting (AGM) of Homes Unlimited (London) Inc. and Odell-Jalna Residences of London was held on May 13, 2019 at Ormah Gibson Tower at 390 Burwell Street.  The Board of Directors was pleased to welcome the broad Homes Unlimited team including representatives from: MF Arnsby Property Management, Shire Consulting, CIBC Wood Gundy, Nicholson Sheffield Architects, Cohen Highley LLP Lawyers, Ford Keast, and Belecky and Belecky.  The meeting was followed by a wonderful lunch prepared by Cathy Park (Manager - Administrator).   

 

A Grateful Look Back - Ormah Gibson

Homes Unlimited

Ormah Gibson, MSW, a founder and long time President of Homes Unlimited, was a tireless worker, advocate and volunteer for a variety of social causes in London and area. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a master’s degree in social work, she was a past President of the Ontario Association of Professional Social Workers and was instrumental in the creation of the School of Social Work at Kings College.
